While the snow makes it much more difficult to run at times, it can be pretty fun as well.
10 miles this morning on the treadmill as Eric ran outside in shorts.... we might have to start doing rock, paper, scissors to see who gets to run outside as the weather starts getting nice =) I felt pretty good this morning and added 1x600, 2x400 at 6:00 pace just to get the legs moving a little.
Tomorrow I am planning to run 9 miles with 5 at 7:00 pace... we should be able to work out our schedule so that I can get outside to do this. I always feel better at the faster paces when I am not on the treadmill.. plus it is supposed to be in the 30's again tomorrow.

It's about time you figured out how to get comments on your blog. The mileage totals going up and up weekly is nice and the paces gradually coming down is pretty neat too, but at some point you have to give the good people what they want: Cute photos of the kids building snowmen!
That can't be the same little guy I saw in the stroller back in June, can it? You didn't make a swap or anything?
Seriously though, it's been fun reading about those miles in the 8's becoming miles in the 7's, and the chance to finally run (in some comfort) outside must feel great. Hope the family has a nice weekend.
10 miles on the treadmill? Obviously, patience, is a strong attribute of yours. Way to go.
Eric isn't big on posting pictures so I figured I might have to pick up his slack. Yes, Owen is a little boy now.. we don't have a baby anymore. He is only 14 months old but tries his hardest to keep up with his big sister. He is growing up even faster than she did... he already says over 30 words and attempts most things he sees Elle doing. I am sure you are experiencing the same thing with Finn (cute video, by the way).
Thanks for the kind words. It has been fun to read your posts lately as well... things seem to be clicking for you right now and we are looking forward to an exciting 5k on the track!
Jeez, Owen is amazing. Finn might have him on the dancing, but at 21 months he has fewere words than your little guy does at 14 months. He calls all food "apple", which I guess isn't so bad since I guess he wishes all of his food was apple. Haiden was a slow talker too, but of course now she never stops!
Sounds like Mystery Coach's wisdom is rubbing off on you too. We might need to create a Mystery Coach tribute page.
