Sunday - 17 (7:39 pace)
Monday - Felt ok on my recovery run.. my legs were a little sore and I had a pretty good knot in my left IT band. 7 miles (8:30 pace on treadmill).
Tuesday - The soreness was mostly gone but the IT band was still tight. Once I stretched and got warmed up, it was fine. 8 miles (8:20 pace on treadmill).
Wednesday - Felt really good today. Took it slow (8:20 pace) for 13 miles.

Cindy, you asked me to clarify one sentence from my last blog entry.
The "f***ing b***h" I was referring to was Niamh, my wife.
I'm less than proud of my reaction that night. I was tired, hungry and frustrated, but that's no excuse. I was way out of order.
I did apologize to her the next morning, and we're once again one happy couple.
Thanks for the clarification, Thomas. I thought that was who you were referring to, but was surprised...both that you would have such a strong reaction towards your wife and that you would choose to publicly declare those feelings. But we all react to things sometimes in ways that we are less than proud of.. I am glad that things are resolved.
