5x1000m at 3:55 starting every 6 minutes this morning. Felt ok this morning.. a little bit tired and not a lot of snap in my legs.

Even though I felt a little tired from the start they still felt comfortable enough that I could have kept it up for some time. 5 felt like a good place to stop. 6 miles for the day.
