Fri - 4 (meant to do another run in the afternoon but never got to it. would have been fun to race but too difficult to figure out what to do with the kiddos)

52 miles
pretty good week considering a couple of shorter days. my legs were feeling pretty good by tuesday. probably will try to add some speed next week. next race will be a half marathon on august 2.
